Q: When does the program start?
A: There is no specific start date. Once you register you will get access to the membership site, download the 6 week meal plan and grocery list. However, we can ONLY take a certain amount of people in the program overall. So book fast!
Q:What will be required of me?
A: We just ask that you follow three simple steps:
Step 1: Watch our Flip The Switch Orientation Meeting to learn about how the program works and to complete your Health and Fitness Questionnaire. Fill out your Getting Started form consisting of weigh-in, your goals, measurements, etc. After that, we track and log your progress and complete a final assessment at the end of the program. Join our weekly group accountability session on ZOOM and a 30 min one on one session with me every week to keep you on track.
Step 2: Aim to do 3-5 of our 30 min online workouts each week for six weeks.
Step 3: Follow our simple, easy to follow daily meal plans that make eating healthy enjoyable. All recipes are included.

A: Yes, you certainly can. As a matter of fact... YOU REALLY SHOULD! You will get amazing results regardless of your current fitness ability.
